Its time for another release! Today I'm bringing you chapters 65, 66 and 67! My, what lucky people you all are. With this release, I'm just 2 chapters away from completing my goal of closing the gaps in SA releases. Which means, SA Scans will soon be closing its doors, I'll be out of raws and I'll have much less free time soon, so it's all for the best. Any how, now for the releases:

Once I complete and release chapters 68 and 69 (and release a few back chapters that are almost done but got put aside) we'll no longer be releasing Special A. As I said above, I'll be out of raws and I'll have completed my goal.
Now my question to readers: I am considering starting a new project once I finish up with Special A, my question is, what series would you like to see worked on? I wasn't coming up with some ideas so I'm hoping something someone suggests sparks an interest. I have a fairly broad interest in manga, so don't worry and just make the suggestion.
If I find a project that interests me and am able to acquire raws for it, I'll most likely pick it up. So please suggest some good projects that you know have stalled, been dropped or are just plain neglected and I'll give them a look! Until then, look forward to chapters 68 and 69 in a few days.

1) Excel saga has been dropped a long-long time ago...
2) Lucky star also has been dropped...
3) Kemeko DX! is stalled with one vol, although 5 has been released...

i always wondered why there is no group out there doing my absolute fav manga: KAZE HIKARU
is it because there are no raws or am i the only one seeing how great it is. cause i really hate waiting for the viz comics to come out, i'll be an old lady when they finally catch up... o.O
so plz think about it!

I've been dying to read Aria and Mushishi...the nice thing about Aria is that it's a completed series so you can take your time with it. And the raws are really easy to get. And it has gorgeous art. :D
i love you for releasing so many new SA chapters, thank you!! i don't know how many people like the suggestions i'm going to make, but i loved these manga and they just seemed to be dropped for some reason. my suggestions are: Gokuraku Seishun Hockey Club (my heavenly hockey club) & Zombie-Loan

I have to thank you once again for all your hard work.... As for another project, well, Nicoichi grabbed my attention a while back, but it looks like after the couple chapters that was done by Jun-Chan about 3 months ago there has been nothing since.... Also Superior is no longer being done over at Janimes so as of this point I don't think anyone is picking it up and the next tankoban releases soon....

I know you're looking for new projects, but would you consider scanlating chapter 52 and 53 again? While Omniharu and Vanilla Tenshi's work is very much appreciated, the chapters weren't entirely translated.

As for ideas for a new project, I would propose Ga-Rei. The anime is being shown currently, but it is a prequel of the manga. The manga has been dropped by the one only subbing group, and I know many people are dying to know what happens in the manga.

(The first two on my list are actually joint projects between serenus dreamers/esthetique and serenus dreamers/intercross however the last release date for faster than a kiss was 110 days ago and 247 days for Gakuen ouji).
Honey Hunt has been dropped by aerandria/enchantment scans b/c of licensing but the first licensed volume wont be out till april 2009!.
However, I secretly hope you'll continue scanlating special a in the future.

Thanks for all the SA, I always disliked how there was so many gaps. As for a manga series... personally I don't know anymore. In the past I would have said 'Dear' which is by the same author who made 'Watashi no Okaami sama' or something like that... but recently that group has started updating after a huge delay. Maybe that 'Lapiz Lazuli' manga. It's nice and it hasn't been updated in a while. These are off course only suggestions.

Kitsune no Yomeiri. It'd be nice to see it be scantalated once more because well, s^3 seems to be dead and Binktopia dropped most of their monthlys. I believe there be an issue of finding raws, but vol1 is out now so it should be easier to get some scans.

Hmm... a new project. How about Venus Capriccio by Nashikata Mai? It's an amazing series that was dropped by Manga Abyss a few months ago because lack of staff. It's one of my personal favorites! ^.^

Yey^^. As for new manga series, NG Life~~~~~~~~! I can read Japanese, but I never caught the first few chapters of the series. Only chapters 3 and 4 are on Mangafox (it may say chapters 1 and 2, but there were 2 other chapters before those.)

Oh and Kyo koi wa Hajimemasu. The raws are available on Shoujo's World (http://mewteam2.altervista.org/home.htm) Kyo koi is being scalated by a group (or individual. I'm not sure) but the quality of the scans is just not good.

Your scans were very good. Seeing as I would like more scans of the same quality, why not do Hayate the Combat Butler? That's a fairly popular series.
You also could do Ai Kora (Love & Collage), because the series ended in earlier 2008, so there should be plenty of raws.

since you wanted some suggestions for a new project, i highly recommend PERFECT GIRL EVOLUTION (aka, THE WALLFLOWER). personally, i think it's an amazingly hilarious manga, but the group scanning it hasnt released any new chapters since july, probably. which sucks, since there are only 4 more volumes before its over.
anyway, if you could pick up from where perfect girl evolution got left off, that's make be extremely happy^^

If you're looking for projects to continue, I agree that Honey Hunt was looking really good, and if it has been dropped I think it would be a good one to pick up. Although, a lot of the series being mentioned are already being done, so i don't know what thats about. I guess they want it faster? Well if you'd be willing to work on a few projects that are missing chapter where the first few chapters were done and then it skipped farther ahead, Bokura ga Ita and Gakuen Alice would be good ones to do. Hope this helps!

PLATINUM GARDEN!!!!!!! Please do this....the scanlators stopped at ep 28 and sont bother releasing the others (just like what happened to S.A. and Tokyopop is neglecting the series...it's been 6-7 month since their last release and there is no news on the latest one. i really want to see the rest of it.
